	John Beck \| President John has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. John has worked his way up in the ranks at Beck and Hofer Construction from Concrete Foreman, Commercial Estimator, Project Management and sales to his current role as President. John oversees the business operations with a strong emphasis on safety, performance and quality.
	Jason Dockter \| Vice President of Project Development With his diverse knowledge of the construction industry, Jason has been an asset to Beck and Hofer and its clients for over 20 years. Jason believes in the hands on approach and works closely with his Project Management team to ensure client satisfaction. The success of his management style is evidenced through repeat clients. Jason has worked throughout the industry and has gained a wealth of knowledge with regards to management, subcontractor relations, and personnel and above all else the clients needs. His project experience includes working with various customers in the elderly care, educational, retail, financial, office, restaurant, and multifamily fields.
	Arlan VanVoorst \| Project Manager With over 21 years of experience in the construction industry, Arlan has dealt with every facet of the industry and has deep knowledge of the construction management process. Arlan is a highly dedicated member of the Beck and Hofer team and consistently provides his clients high value on each and every project. Part of Arlan’s success is his ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients about their project and keeping them apprised of all major milestones.
	Case Babcock \| LEED-AP, Project Manager Case has been an asset to Beck & Hofer Construction since 2008. He has worked on a variety of projects with State universities, hospitals, local municipalities and public schools. His experience includes project design and construction document development, as well as construction management and estimating for projects ranging in scope from 1- 16 million. Case serves as the companies LEED advisor and coordinator, allowing Beck & Hofer to take a leadership position in achieving LEED certification on construction projects.
	Justin Pittman \| Project Manager Justin has over 10 years of construction experience including practical “hands-on” field experience. Justin is a team player and constantly strives to better himself. One of Justin’s unique qualities is that he is constantly learning new ideas and processes that can be applied on various projects. He is always willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that each project is completed to the highest standards of quality for the client.
